ABOUT THE ARTIST

Samantha is an Oxfordshire-based artist and workshop facilitator who graduated from Arts University Bournemouth in 2014. Her practice combines creative education with a commitment to making art accessible and confidence-building for all ages.

Hartist workshops began in 2022, offering engaging art sessions for children during term time and school holidays. In 2025, the programme was supported by funding from The Arts Council, enabling the project to reach more young people within the community. Workshops are designed to encourage creative exploration, develop practical skills, and nurture confidence in a supportive environment.

Samantha’s personal art practice focuses on traditional watercolour and paper craft. Her work includes designing and producing greeting cards for an online audience and small independent retailers, as well as undertaking freelance community projects.
